Site Engineer – Real Estate & Construction

Job Summary:
Meghna Realty is looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of site activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
Monitor quality, workmanship, materials, and construction progress.
Check measurements, quantities, and contractor work.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site procedures.




Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Candidate Profile:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.
Positive knowledge of RCC, finishing, and building construction activities.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Solid coordination, supervision, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic construction documentation.
Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
