Role & responsibilities
Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive, and effective manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
Knows all essential aspects of our resort or hotel operations.
Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; and makes change for cash customers.
Provides pre - arrival support for guests arriving on packages.
Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Handling New bookings, guest arrivals, check-ins/outs.
Concierge services for guests

Educational Qualification -
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program required
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
Versatile work schedule
Excellent communication skills in English.




Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Graduated and freshers who has completed Industrial Training in Front Office can apply.

Goan Candidates or candidates currently in Goa preferred.

Location : Betalbatim, South Goa.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
