Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager for a PMC assignment involving large-scale high-rise residential projects across Mumbai. The candidate should have strong experience in construction quality management, site execution and PMC environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee QA/QC activities across large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of civil works, materials and workmanship.
Prepare and review QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspection checklists, test reports and quality documentation.
Identify quality issues and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions and closure.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and project teams on quality-related matters.

Requirements




15+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC and construction quality management.
Robust experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
Strong site execution and PMC experience.
Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering systems.
Strong understanding of construction quality requirements, inspection processes and quality documentation.
Solid communication, coordination and team management skills.

Pay: ₹653,149.84 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
