Job Description – Sales Telecaller (Hotel Industry)

Position: Sales Telecaller
Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating sales leads through telephone calls, promoting hotel rooms, banquet facilities, events and packages, following up with customers, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote hotel rooms, banquets, events, packages and other services.
Handle customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
Follow up on leads and convert them into bookings.
Maintain daily call and sales records.
Coordinate with the Sales and Front Office teams.
Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
Maintain skilled communication and valuable customer relationships.

Qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with good communication skills.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling/sales preferred with valuable English communication skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
