The role involves handling outbound sales calls, generating leads, promoting banking products, driving customer activation, and ensuring long-term customer retention.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Promote and sell banking products, including:
Credit Cards
Loans
Insurance
Generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
Explain product features and advantages to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Drive customer activation and retention initiatives.
Maintain a consultative and customer-first approach during interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams and provide market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria Education
Graduation in any stream is mandatory.

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in:
BPO
Tele-sales
Customer Service will be preferred.
