Sales Manager – Jalandhar Region

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage channel and field sales across the Jalandhar region, develop dealers/distributors, drive market expansion and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks.
Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners.
Identify current markets and B2B business prospects.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure outlet coverage.
Manage dealer relationships, collections and product movement.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.




Maintain timely sales reporting and follow-ups.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of field/channel sales experience.
Experience in battery, electrical, solar, power or energy products preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation and market-development skills.
Willingness to travel across the Jalandhar region.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
