Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our school. The candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the primary classes, creating an engaging learning environment, and supporting their overall academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
Teach primary-level subjects as assigned by the school.
Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
Explain concepts clearly using activities, examples, and interactive teaching methods.
Conduct regular classwork, homework, assessments, and examinations.
Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain proper records.
Identify students who need additional academic support and provide guidance.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
Encourage students to develop good communication, discipline, creativity, and social skills.
Follow school policies,



curriculum guidelines, and academic standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject/field.
B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent teacher-training qualification preferred/required as per school norms.
Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
Good command of English and/or Hindi, depending on the school requirement.
Freshers with strong teaching skills may also be considered.
