We Are Hiring – Site Supervisor

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to join our construction team. The role focuses on supervising daily site activities, coordinating workers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Eligibility:
1–2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
Knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and site procedures.
Willingness to work at construction sites and travel when required.
Report site requirements, issues, and progress to management.

Compensation:
