Responsible for machine installation, assembly, commissioning, and testing.
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.
Inspect and maintain mechanical components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.
Identify mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs and corrective actions.
Ensure proper machine performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Plan and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance records.
Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate for their availability.
Supervise machine assembly, fabrication, and mechanical fitting work.
Install and troubleshoot pneumatic and other mechanical systems.
Perform basic troubleshooting of servo motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other machine components.
Conduct machine testing, trial runs, and final commissioning.
Provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support at customer sites.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
