We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, providing nursing care for both In-Patient (IP) and Out-Patient (OP) rehabilitation services.

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care while working closely with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and support to IP and OP rehabilitation patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing needs.
Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the doctor and rehabilitation team.
Maintain accurate patient nursing records and documentation.
Assist in managing patients with neurological and rehabilitation conditions.
Support patients during therapy and rehabilitation activities when required.
Follow infection control, patient safety, and nursing protocols.
Coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists,



doctors, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain a secure, clean, and patient-friendly care environment.
Provide appropriate communication and support to patients and their caregivers.

Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing or GNM
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valid nursing registration is required.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a Neuro Rehabilitation setting.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Basic knowledge of patient care and nursing procedures.
Ability to handle neurological and rehabilitation patients.
Good observation and documentation skills.
