Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Engineer with 0 to 5 years of experience in Solar SCADA and Weather Monitoring Systems. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets in the solar and renewable energy sector.

It is mandatory to have prior experience in solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate new business opportunities in solar power plants and renewable energy projects.

 Promote and sell Solar SCADA systems and Weather Monitoring Sensors.

 Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.

 Understand client requirements and provide customized technical solutions.

 Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

 Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution.





 Maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, solar developers, and consultants.

 Follow up on leads, negotiations, and order closures.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Provide post-sales coordination and customer support.

Eligibility Criteria:

 0 to 2 years of experience in Solar SCADA / Weather Monitoring Systems / Solar Industry.

 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

 Robust technical understanding of data loggers, pyranometers, wind sensors, and SCADA systems.

 Positive communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹12,971.82 - ₹44,661.64 per month
