Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.
Create a warm, positive, and engaging classroom workplace.
Support children’s social, emotional, language, and cognitive development.
Use creative activities such as stories, rhymes, art, music, and play-based learning.
Observe and document children’s learning and development.
Maintain effective communication with parents and school staff.
Ensure proper classroom routines, safety, hygiene, and child well-being.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field.
Previous experience working with preschool or early-years children is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Cambridge/Early Years experience will be an advantage.
