HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT LEAD GENERATION MANAGER

We are looking for a Social Media and Content Marketing skilled who can turn social media audiences into qualified organic leads.

Target: 1,000+ organic leads every month.

Responsibilities:
Develop social media growth strategies
Create lead-generation content
Plan LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube strategies
Identify viral and high-intent content prospects
Build audience-to-lead funnels
Analyse content performance
Optimise conversion rates
Develop organic outreach and acquisition strategies

You should understand the difference between:

Followers and Leads
Views and Customers
Reach and Revenue

We want someone focused on measurable business growth.

Pay: ₹11,358.26 - ₹43,223.43 per month

Work Location: In person
