Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.





Maintain a positive and skilled attitude during customer interactions.

Meet quality standards and maintain service excellence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
