Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales of traded products, developing the dealer network, maintaining customer relationships, controlling receivables, and supporting marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of traded products and achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop new dealers and channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
Monitor dealer/customer outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and business opportunities.
Collect and share market feedback, competitor activities, pricing, and product information with management.
Maintain daily activity reports covering customer visits, orders, collections, dealer development, and follow-ups.
Plan and participate in product campaigns, promotional activities, dealer meets,



and mechanic meets.
Build valuable relationships with mechanics, dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and dealer-related issues.
Ensure proper product promotion, availability, and visibility in the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Degree
1–5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, preferably in automotive, industrial, or traded products.
Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop recent dealers and customers.
Strong follow-up and collection skills.
Good market knowledge and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
