JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT COORDINATOR

Position: Project Coordinator

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Retail Interior / Turnkey Projects / furniture and fixtures

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in retail interior and turnkey projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, site execution, client communication, and ensuring projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor retail interior and turnkey projects from planning to completion.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, designers, and internal teams.

Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.

Manage project schedules, work progress, material requirements, and manpower coordination.

Review and coordinate AutoCAD drawings with the execution team.

Coordinate furniture, fixtures, and interior installation activities.

Ensure proper execution of civil, interior, furniture, and fixture works.





Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Maintain daily/weekly project progress reports and update management.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding material delivery and execution schedules.

Ensure project work is completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Handle client requirements, queries, site discussions, and approvals.

Coordinate project handover and ensure completion of pending works and rectifications.

Required Skills

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Good knowledge of retail interior and turnkey projects.

Solid understanding of site supervision and project execution.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Knowledge of furniture and fixtures and their installation.

Valuable understanding of civil and interior finishing works.

Solid client management and communication skills.

Valuable coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
