Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RO Technician / Water Treatment Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of water and wastewater treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain RO, WTP, STP, UF and NF systems.
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of treatment plants.
Handle installation and commissioning of RO, WTP, STP, UF and NF systems.
Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, flow, conductivity, TDS, pH and chemical dosing.
Troubleshoot pumps, membranes, valves, dosing systems, pipelines, filters and related equipment.
Perform RO membrane cleaning, replacement and troubleshooting.
Maintain proper operating logs, maintenance records and plant performance reports.
Identify equipment problems and take corrective action to ensure continuous plant operation.
Coordinate with engineers, vendors and site teams during installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
Ensure protected handling of chemicals and compliance with safety procedures.
Carry out regular service and preventive maintenance as per schedule

Required Skills & Experience




Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RO/WTP/STP/UF/NF plant operation and maintenance.
Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of water treatment plants.
Valuable knowledge of RO membranes, pressure vessels, pumps, valves, filters and dosing systems.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues related to water treatment equipment.
Ability to read basic P&ID;, equipment drawings and piping layouts.
Knowledge of chemical dosing and water-quality parameters.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently at site.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a related field preferred.
Relevant hands-on experience in water treatment plants will also be considered.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
