VISA COUNSELLOR – JOB PROFILE

Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and experienced Visa Counsellor to guide students/clients through overseas education and visa processes. The candidate will be responsible for profile assessment, counselling, documentation, application coordination and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students/clients regarding suitable countries, courses, universities and visa options.
Evaluate academic, financial and career profiles to identify suitable opportunities.
Explain admission requirements, visa procedures, documentation and timelines.
Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa applications and supporting documents.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with requirements.
Handle student/client queries through calls, messages and face-to-face meetings.
Coordinate with universities, internal processing teams and other stakeholders.
Follow up regularly for pending documents, applications and updates.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM/application databases.
Stay updated with changes in visa rules,



immigration procedures and university requirements.
Provide skilled guidance throughout the application process.
Work towards counselling, application and conversion targets where applicable.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling and client-handling abilities.
Good knowledge of overseas education and visa processes.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good documentation and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM and online application portals.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of relevant experience in Visa Counselling / Overseas Education / Immigration.
Experience with UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany or Europe will be an advantage.
Good English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
