Job Description
Work as an OD Consultant at the client location.
Support and implement HR/OD projects.
Interact with employees and project teams.
Conduct training and employee engagement activities.
Support HR process and system implementation.
Plan and execute day-to-day project activities.
Prepare project documentation, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Support the project leader/mentor in project execution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
Transparent and confident verbal and written communication.
Positive interpersonal and people-handling skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
Positive teamwork and project management skills.
Good presentation and documentation skills.
Multilingual skills are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per month
