Recruitment & Onboarding: screen resumes, coordinate with interviews and coordinate induction programs for recent hires.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) database, and manage attendance or leave tracking.
Payroll & Advantages Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing, advantages administration, and statutory compliances (such as PF and ESIC).
Performance & Training: Assist with performance review cycles and coordinate employee training or engagement activities.
Policy Compliance: Ensure company policies follow local labor laws and regulations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
