Position

Sales Manager – Real Estate

Experience

2–5 years in Real Estate Sales
Experience in Open Plots / Apartments / Villas / Channel Partner Sales preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate and convert leads through digital leads, channel partners, referrals, and direct enquiries.
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales executives and channel partners.
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion from enquiry to site visit and booking.
Plan and conduct site visits and support the team in closing deals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
Track daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions through CRM.
Monitor team performance and provide regular sales updates to management.
Develop new sales strategies and identify opportunities in the Hyderabad real estate market.
Coordinate with project developers, marketing teams, and channel partners.




Ensure proper communication of project details, pricing, offers, and inventory to the sales team.
Achieve individual and team-wise monthly sales targets.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to recruit and manage sales executives/channel partners.
Robust follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
