Job Responsibilities:
Source and procure chemical raw materials and packaging materials as per production requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging materials to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing dynamics, and availability of raw materials.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals and execution.
Work closely with production and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with finance for payment processing and budgetary control.
Maintain robust relationships with existing suppliers and develop recent vendor networks.




Conduct periodic vendor audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.
