Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Convert leads into appointments/admissions/sales.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales/team members for follow-ups.
Requirements
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confident and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Freshers can apply.
Prior telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
