The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the business. This role requires a skilled, friendly, and confident communicator who can handle customer inquiries with ease and accuracy. You will manage customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a skilled and helpful tone.
Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar updates.




Accurately enter and update customer data in various CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on customer interactions and task completion.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.

What We’re Looking For:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must have a explicit, easy-to-understand accent and a steady, conversational pace.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (CSR, Support, or Admin).
Professionalism: A confident and empathetic approach to customer service.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
