We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable career-oriented courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills with a strong focus on student satisfaction and admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate course information and guidance.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Conduct counselling sessions and course presentations.
Achieve monthly admission targets and support business growth.
Maintain student databases, enquiry records, and admission reports.
Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure a smooth admission process.




Assist in planning promotional activities, seminars, and career guidance programs.
Mentor junior counsellors and support the admissions team.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a target-driven workplace.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
