Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer data, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for regular customer communication, follow-ups, feedback collection, and supporting customer retention activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate customer databases and CRM records.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, appointments, and services.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.
Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and upcoming offers or events.
Send customer communications regarding offers, recent launches, birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
Track customer interactions, follow-ups, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.




Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure proper follow-up on leads and enquiries.
Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions, follow-ups, and retention.
Identify customer requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in CRM, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
