About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, GST, taxation, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP, Excel, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries. • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records accurately. • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings. • Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. • Manage accounts payable and receivable. • Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense reports, and financial statements. • Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and collections. • Manage invoices, debit/credit notes, purchase and sales documentation. • Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and other financial consultants. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts. • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance. • Monitor cash flow and support management with financial information.



• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies. Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in Accounting / Finance. • Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel. • Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. • Experience in bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliation. • Good knowledge of accounts payable and receivable. • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. • Valuable communication and coordination skills. • Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities. Preferred Skills • Experience in apparel, textile, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce. • Knowledge of inventory accounting and product costing. • Experience with MIS and financial reporting. • Knowledge of statutory audits and compliance. • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic financial analysis. • Experience coordinating with CA and external auditors.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
