Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, offers, and perks clearly.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Handle customer objections and resolve basic concerns effectively.

Required Skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Hindi and English communication; knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
