Location: Rohini Sec-8, Delhi (Onsite)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
In-hand: Up to ₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
Shift: Rotational Shift & Rotational Week Off

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can drive customer acquisition, generate revenue, and build strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and convert high-potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
Drive revenue growth through inside sales and client acquisition
Engage with prospective clients via calls, follow-ups, and consultations
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored wellness solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets




Track and maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience

Requirements
1.5 to 3 years of experience in business development / inside sales / telesales
Experience in HealthTech, wellness, fitness, or service-based industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers
Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is mandatory
