Reach out to firms and organisations across sectors (e.g. finance, hospitality,
sustainability) for internship and placement opportunities
● Build and maintain an employer database with hiring requirements and placement
outcomes
● Represent student cohorts to potential recruiters, coordinate hiring drives, and
schedule interviews
● Share feedback from recruiters to improve training and student readiness.
Drive student enrolments through tele-calling, field visits, and events
● Maintain records of outreach efforts, lead funnel, conversions, and relationship status
● Coordinate closely with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
and batch launches
● Provide weekly reports and input for strategic planning
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
