Business Development Executive (Field Role)

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. This field-based role is ideal for specialists who enjoy meeting clients, building strong business relationships, and representing the company in the market.

This is not a pure sales role. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients, explain company services, assist them through contract signing and registration processes, and ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Present and explain company services confidently and professionally
Build, develop, and maintain robust client relationships
Assist clients with contract signing and registration processes
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
Gather client feedback and share insights with the internal team
Coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments
Identify new business opportunities and market prospects
Represent the company positively during all client interactions

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Sales, or a similar field role
Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings
Experience in handling client onboarding, documentation, or contract processes will be preferred
