URGENT HIRING – TELECALLER TEAM MANAGER

Position: Telecaller Team Manager

Location: Sector 135, Noida

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Real Estate Experience Mandatory

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the Telecaller team.
Set daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Handle clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage and coordinate sales meetings with clients.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Track team performance and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and site visits.
Handle client and team-related issues professionally.

Required Skills
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Real Estate experience is mandatory.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of real estate sales and lead management.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.





Candidate Profile
Prior experience managing a Real Estate Telecalling Team will be preferred.
Should be confident, presentable, and capable of handling clients independently.
