We are looking for a target-driven B2B Travel Consultant to manage and grow an assigned portfolio of travel-agent and B2B partner accounts. The role focuses on account management, relationship building, repeat business, cross-selling, and revenue growth across holidays, visas, and other travel products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned travel agents and B2B accounts.
Build robust relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
Understand partner requirements and identify prospects to increase business and revenue.
Drive repeat business and ensure assigned agencies remain active.
Promote and sell holidays, visas, and other travel products based on partner requirements.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase account value.
Track account performance, follow up on opportunities, and improve underperforming accounts.
Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service and timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with field sales teams for agency visits, partner feedback, and business opportunities.




Maintain accurate account details, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, margin, and account-growth targets.
Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and business development.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B travel sales, holiday sales, visa sales, ticketing, or travel consultancy.
Experience handling travel agents, sub-agents, DMCs, or corporate clients preferred.
Strong knowledge of holidays, visas, and travel products.
Proven ability to retain clients and generate repeat business.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with good commercial and sales understanding.
Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Experience with CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace, and travel portals.
