Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain electrical distribution systems, UPS, lighting, EPABX, AHU, utility panels and related systems.
Handle maintenance of HVAC, fire safety, access control, CCTV, laboratory instruments, vacuum pumps, air compressors and nitrogen generators.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown troubleshooting.
Coordinate AMC/CMC/Warranty activities and vendor management.
Manage facility administration, housekeeping services, inventory and cafeteria services.
Handle invoice processing and vendor development.
Maintain site documentation, drawings and layouts.
Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO, workplace safety and statutory requirements.
Maintain energy-related documentation, MIS and regular reports.
Key Skills:
Robust electrical/mechanical technical knowledge.
Troubleshooting and fault-analysis skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
Knowledge of documentation and compliance processes.
Experience in CRO / Pharmaceutical / Bioresearch industry will be preferred.
Positive attitude, teamwork and flexibility with working hours.
Pay: ₹22,800.00 - ₹32,600.00 per month
