We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, lead the team, maintain service and food quality standards, and ensure smooth and profitable outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant/outlet.
Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant team.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift allocation.
Ensure proper staff attendance, discipline and grooming.
Monitor customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Ensure food quality, portion control and presentation standards are maintained.
Monitor stock, inventory, wastage and daily consumption.
Ensure timely ordering and availability of required stock and raw materials.
Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
Ensure proper use of POS/billing systems and maintain accurate records.
Conduct regular checks of kitchen, dining area, storage and overall outlet hygiene.
Ensure food safety,



cleanliness and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Monitor cash handling, billing and daily closing procedures.
Coordinate with the management regarding sales, staff requirements, stock and operational issues.
Train current employees and continuously improve team performance.
Ensure company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines are followed.
Identify areas for improvement and take corrective action when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
