Painter – Job Description

Company: Transind Power Technologies
Location: Kalady, Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full time
Work Setting: In-person
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust or oil.
Apply primer and paint using spray painting equipment.
Mix paint as per required specifications.
Ensure proper coating, coverage, and finishing quality.
Inspect painted components for defects and perform touch-up work.
Clean and maintain spray guns and painting tools.
Follow production schedules and work instructions.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Requirements
Experience in industrial or spray painting preferred.
Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application.
Ability to work with MS/SS and fabricated components.
Basic understanding of painting tools and equipment.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Follow PPE and workplace safety requirements.

Experience in transformer manufacturing, fabrication, or sheet-metal painting will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
