Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, mediate disputes, and handle disciplinary or termination procedures.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national labor laws, safety standards, and employment regulations.
Compensation & Advantages: Oversee payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and perks administration.
Performance & Training: Manage performance appraisal systems, training programs, and career development.
Strategy & Analytics: Report on HR metrics to support decision-making and improve retention
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Experience:
Team Handling: 6 years (Preferred)
Recruitment: 6 years (Preferred)
HRMS: 6 years (Preferred)
