Job Description

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through online chat. Freshers with valuable communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Resolve basic customer concerns professionally
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

Good English communication and typing skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge
