Safety Supervisor

Location: RIL Plant, Hazira, Gujarat

Qualification & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 2 years of relevant Safety experience
Diploma / B.Sc.: Minimum 5 years of relevant Safety experience
ITI / Graduate: Minimum 10 years of relevant Safety experience

Certification: Safety certification is mandatory – PDIS / ADIS / DIS / NEBOSH or other relevant Safety certification.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to protected work practices.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety awareness sessions, and site inspections.
Monitor permit-to-work, work-at-height, lifting, hot work, and other critical activities.
Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.




Maintain safety records, reports, and required documentation.
Coordinate with site teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Profile:
Relevant experience in industrial / manufacturing / plant environments.
Solid knowledge of industrial safety practices and statutory requirements.
Positive communication and site-handling skills.
