Job Responsibilities
Develop and edit CNC/VMC programs based on engineering drawings.
Set and operate VMC machines for production.
Understand 2D drawings, GD&T;, tolerances and machining processes.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds and feeds.
Perform tool setting, work offset and machine setting.
Handle Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi CNC controls.
Check first-piece dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Optimize programs to improve cycle time, tool life and component quality.
Maintain production and quality requirements.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
2–5 years of experience in VMC programming and setting.
Valuable knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and tooling.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Experience with Fanuc control preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
