Staff Management: Assign daily cleaning tasks, create staff work schedules, and monitor team productivity.
Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to make sure they meet facility standards.
Training: Provide orientation and ongoing training for current and existing cleaning staff.
Inventory Control: Track cleaning supplies, manage stock levels, and order recent equipment or materials as needed.
Customer Service: Address guest or client complaints quickly and coordinate special requests.
Maintenance Coordination: Report repair needs to the maintenance department and track progress.
Hands-on Support: Perform routine cleaning tasks during staff shortages or emergencies
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
