We are looking for a highly motivated, organized Sales & Marketing Manager on a part-time or freelancing basis to help us find and win new business clients. You don't need to be an engineer or a coding expert—our technical team handles that. Instead, we need a proactive "people person" who knows how to open doors, start conversations with business leaders, and keep our sales pipeline moving.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation
Outbound Outreach: Find potential business clients using LinkedIn, email, and professional networks to introduce our services.
Easy Content Creation: Help write and format easy pitch decks, email templates, and basic social media posts to explain what we do.
Event & Webinar Support: Help organize online webinars or local tech events to get our name in front of the right audience.

Sales Support & Pipeline Management
First-Contact Calls: Book and lead initial "discovery" calls with potential clients to see if they are a valuable fit for our services.
Hand-off to Tech Team: Once a client shows solid interest, schedule a deep-dive meeting between them and our technical founders.
Keep Things Organized: Use our CRM (sales database) to make sure no client email or follow-up gets forgotten.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:



2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, lead generation, or account management.
Tech-Comfortable: You don't need a tech degree, but you shouldn't be afraid of the tech industry. You should be someone who learns new software quickly.
Excellent Communicator: Solid writing skills and a polite, professional, and confident phone/video presence.
Persistent Learner: A self-starter who is happy to ask questions, learn our industry basics, and pick up the phone to talk to strangers.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Previous experience working with a startup or a small business where you had to wear multiple hats
