Job Summary

Sunplus Pharmacy is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical/pharmacy field. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, follow-ups, order coordination, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding medicine orders, enquiries, and requirements.
Coordinate with pharmacy/store teams for customer orders and queries.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Provide accurate information about products, availability, and services.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Address customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical/pharmacy field.
Previous experience as a Telecaller, Medical Telecaller, Pharmacy Telecaller, or similar role is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in pharmacy, hospitals, medical stores, diagnostics, or healthcare companies are preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
