Accounts Executive- Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to handle our day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Zoho Books. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete billing cycle, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records through daily reconciliations.

· The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both Tally and Zoho, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to maintain smooth daily financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle all day-to-day accounting entries and routines within Tally and Zoho Books.

· Prepare payment vouchers and process outgoing vendor and expense payments accurately.

· Manage daily billing data and generate client bills and invoices.





· Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure system balances match bank records.

· Conduct daily reconciliation of billing data and account bill payments to track outstanding dues.

· Maintain organized physical and digital records of all vouchers, bills, and payment receipts.

Skills and Qualifications

· Software Expertise: Proven hands-on experience working with Tally and Zoho Books is mandatory.

· Accounting Experience: Robust understanding of day-to-day bookkeeping, voucher creation, and billing workflows.

· Reconciliation Skills: Excellent ability to spot discrepancies during bank and bill reconciliations.

· Core Skills: High proficiency in numerical data entry, basic Microsoft Excel, and solid attention to detail.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
