We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP to manage end-to-end

HR operations and support employee engagement in a rapid-paced Digital Media

setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across

recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations & compliance,

performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding.
Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and managers on day-to-day HR queries and employee relations.
Support performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, communication, and workplace culture programs.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance and leave data, and coordination with payroll teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.




Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and other management reports.
Support HR policy implementation and continuously improve HR processes.
Work closely with business and creative teams to understand workforce requirements in the digital media industry.

Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist activities.
Good exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS tools.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven digital media environment.

Eligibility
MBA/PGDM/Graduation in HR or a related field.
5+ years of relevant HRBP experience.
Candidates with experience in the Digital Media industry will be preferred (not mandatory)

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
