Authorities

Lead and control shop-floor quality activities through a team of QC Engineers.

Authority to assign, guide, and control work of QC Engineers.

Allocate inspection activities and supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Authority to accept, reject, or hold materials and products.

Ensure implementation of quality plans, inspection standards, and acceptance criteria.

Authority to stop production or dispatch due to quality non-conformance.

Review and approve inspection records and test reports.

Authority to approve product release after verification.

Ensure effective control of non-conforming products and segregation.

Authority to raise NCRs and enforce corrective actions.

Lead root cause analysis and monitor corrective actions.

Authority to recommend process improvements and quality controls.

Coordinate with Production, NPD, and Stores for quality-related issues. Customer handling

Monitor quality performance, rejections, and trends and report to management.

Pay: ₹453,936.24 - ₹1,693,990.77 per year
