Key Responsibilities

· Site Supervision: Focuses on ground execution and labor control, monitor daily work on the construction site to keep projects on track.

· Planning: Understanding technical drawings using software.

· Quality Check: Focuses on quality control, Test construction materials and ensure work meets safety rules.

· Budget Management: Help manage project costs, resources, material orders and

· Teamwork: Talk with architects, contractors, and workers to solve site problems.

· Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track schedules.

Required Skills

· Software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and MS Project.

· Core Knowledge: Understanding of soil properties, structures, and building materials.

· Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use surveying tools like total stations & Measurement, Problem-solving,



valuable communication, and attention to detail, arrangement of Labour contractors

· Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to fix sudden site issues.

· Physical Stamina: Ability to walk on rough terrain and work outdoors in different weather.

Education and Experience

· Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

· Experience: 5 years and above experience on construction sites

· Licenses: Valid driver’s license and local safety certifications (like OSHA).

· Salary: Range between Rs.30,000/- to Rs.40,000/-

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
