Job description:

· Perform chemical operations in secure and effective manner.

· Operate plant equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Monitor and recording information, such as ingredients, weights, control pressure and temperature of chemical process equipment, and input info into the database.

· Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process –

· Receive raw materials from stores and store them in their allocated places

and attach Material issue slip (MRS) to BPCR

· Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.

· Working with other team members to complete the production process.

· Recommend changes to SOPs and suggest recent equipment to improve productivity.





· Responsible for the proper operation of process in which a chemical reaction takes place, regardless of whether the process is continuous or batch.

· Follow procedures and detailed information in the Batch Operating Guide such as instructions, name of product, quantity, reactor, tank, raw materials, and equipment used in process, filter and sampling methods, safety instructions, and processing checks. Immediately notify supervisor of any problems.

Note: Should be able to read and write. Rest we will teach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
