Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our resort. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling social media platforms, increasing brand visibility, generating inquiries, and promoting resort experiences to attract guests.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the resort's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, YouTube, etc.).
Create and post engaging content including photos, reels, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Visit the property regularly to capture high-quality photos and videos.
Plan and execute content calendars and seasonal marketing campaigns.
Respond to social media inquiries and guest messages promptly.
Monitor social media trends and implement creative marketing ideas.
Coordinate with management regarding promotions, events, and special offers.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Track performance metrics and submit monthly marketing reports.
Encourage guest engagement through reviews, contests, and user-generated content.




Collaborate with influencers and travel bloggers when required.

Requirements
Experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, and basic video editing tools.
Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
Strong photography and videography skills preferred.
Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and generate creative ideas.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, tourism, resorts, hotels, or travel marketing.
Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
Understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile management.

Salary
Based on experience and skill set.
Performance-based incentives for lead generation and bookings may be offered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
