We are looking for a creative Brand & Marketing Strategist with a solid focus on offline marketing and in-store activities. The role is primarily responsible for enhancing the physical store experience through localized campaigns, visual merchandising, and exclusive in-store events.

Key Responsibilities
Design and coordinate localized offline marketing efforts for our stores.
Provide hands-on support for visual merchandising to elevate store ambience and product display.
Plan, execute, and manage exclusive in-store events and customer engagement activities.
Conceptualize and design in-store marketing materials, including:
Visual & Display Materials
Print & Informational Collateral
Promotional & Experiential Items
Coordinate with store teams and local vendors to ensure seamless execution of all offline initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
4– 7 years of experience in offline/brand marketing, preferably in retail or jewellery.
Proven experience in visual merchandising, in-store promotions,



and event execution.
Strong creative skills with the ability to design print and display materials (Canva / Adobe Suite preferred).
Excellent coordination, vendor management, and on-ground execution abilities.
Valuable understanding of local market preferences and cultural nuances.
Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Assamese.

Preferred
Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-end lifestyle brands.
Hands-on experience in store-level marketing and visual merchandising.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
